Day 1: Welcome to Kunming
Meet your private driver at the airport and settle into China's city of eternal spring. Depending on your arrival time, stretch your legs beside Dianchi Lake or browse the restored lanes of Kunming Old Street.

Day 2: Erhai Lake & Dali Old Town
Take the high-speed train to Dali and follow a scenic section of Erhai Lake beneath the Cangshan Mountains. As evening falls, enter Dali Old Town for stone streets, courtyard houses and views toward its historic gates.

Day 3: Pagodas, Xizhou & Bai Craft
Begin at the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, framed by the Cangshan range. Continue to Xizhou for preserved Bai courtyard architecture, local flavours and a hands-on introduction to the region's traditional indigo tie-dye craft.

Day 4: Dali to Lijiang Old Town
Travel by high-speed rail to Lijiang and settle in beneath Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Walk from Black Dragon Pool into the lanes and canals of the old town, reaching lively Square Street as lanterns begin to glow.

Day 5: Jade Dragon & Blue Moon Valley
Visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Blue Moon Valley along the route confirmed before booking. The cableway and walking sections depend on reservations, operating conditions, weather and your circumstances; any necessary change will be discussed with you.

Day 6: Shuhe, Baisha & Naxi Life
Explore the quieter lanes and waterways of Shuhe before continuing to Baisha, an early centre of Naxi life beneath the snow mountain. Learn how local traditions, Dongba beliefs and mural art shaped the culture of the Lijiang valley.

Day 7: Return to the Spring City
Return to Kunming by high-speed rail. If the timetable allows, finish the afternoon among the willow-lined paths and pavilions of Green Lake Park before a relaxed final evening.

Day 8: Farewell Kunming
Keep the final morning free for breakfast, a short walk or last-minute shopping. Your private transfer to Kunming Airport is arranged around your onward flight.
